I decided
Between Jan-06-2012 and Jan-05-2017 I will go to EVERY Russian elections while I have permanent registration in Russia AND elections have a candidate from United Russia AND will vote for the candidate of the United Russia.
No I won't vote for Putin of course.
He's not a member.
By the way, I have a cousin R. who are United Russia member and he votes for "Apple" ("Yabloko") party always.
Want to be noncitizen for some well years.
Others should care too.
Also this way I make elections less.... fraud.
